training exercise

Set aside time to practice. Begin with 5 minutes a day.  Ideally in the morning when your mind is clear and the day is just starting. 

  • Find a quiet space. Choose a place where you won’t be disturbed and use the same place each day.  Choose a place other than your bed where you sleep.  It can be an particular chair, a corner of the floor, or a spot outdoors.

  • Sit comfortably. Either on the floor or in a chair (not laying down).  Keep your back straight, and allow your body to relax.

  • Start a 5 minute timer.

  • Close your eyes or soften your gaze.  Smile and take a breath. Pay attention to the breath—notice how it feels as it moves in and out.

  • Let the body settle.

  • Be aware and curious. Observe each inhale and exhale and notice what you notice.  LET thoughts and other distractions pass with acceptance of what is.  Simultaneously with this awareness, place your focus into the space between the inhale and the exhale. 

  • Catch the mind.  If your mind wanders, catch it! Acknowledge the distraction and return your focus to your breath – entering deeper and deeper into the space between inhale and exhale.

  • Open the eyes.  Turn off the timer. with a smile. 

  • Create your day.  Send blessings of light to your day – Smile fully while doing  5-10 (or more) PUSHUPS

NOTE: Do all the steps (the push-ups are an important part of the exercise.)


Here is a recorded example of this practice. Don’t rely on this recording - its just an example to get you started. Do this practice on your own. 5 minutes may feel like a very long time at first, stay with it.

This service meditation will bring good things to others and to you. Use this once per month (best time is at the full moon). Enlighten your mind and emotions as you heal the planet.


ACITVATING ABUNDANCE and PROSPERITY
This service meditation is for clearing energies from the chakras and your past that limit prosperity. Then you will activate Abundance and the energy of prosperity for your self and others.


Physical Exercise for Awakening the Body

This video has a (i) short exercise to release energetic tension from the body followed by a (ii) standing meditation. Both combined are 11 minutes. Use this daily with the intent to release anything that inhibits your freedom or obstructs your inner development.
